Yippee! Back from Hong Kong trip with my Dear Dear~ Weather is great and matches well with the activities we plan!

Temperature in Hong Kong is about 17 degree celsius to 21 degree celsius. Wherever we go, it's just lyk being in the air con room..so damn cool!

Shall let the pictures do the toking..

On Jetstar plane to Hong Kong at 0640

Upon arrival, shopping at Tsim Sha Tsui high end shopping mall (Harbour City)View taken from Harbour City shopping mall.Dinner was at Tsim Sha Tsui Mcdonald. Price is slightly cheaper than Singapore and the variation of choices is slightly different from Singapore. The Mcdonald there taste not too bad...

2nd Day
Dim Sum Breakfast at Hao Cai Hai Xian Jiu Jia

At Tung Chung, making our way to Ngong Ping 360 to take cable car to Lantau Island...Ngong Ping Cable Car 360The view from the cable car is SUPER great!! And SUPER high! The famous Big Buddha in Lantau Island view from the cable car...At Ngong Ping VillageLantau Island Big Buddha The weather is great, not misty at all, can see the big buddha clearly.. *Claps*Does it look like my dear is 'holding' the Big Biddha???Shopping at Tung Chung Citygate - Lots and lots of shops with some factory outlets like Adidas and Polo Ralph LaurenDinner at Jumbo Kingdom Seafood restaurant.. It's a floating restaurant..And the food at the restaurant is superb!!! The freshest,, sweetest and best seafood that I have ever eaten!!!Taking free shuttle ferry to the Jumbo Kingdom3rd Day

Travel up by Peak Tram...Look at the crowd! All waiting to board the tram.... Madame Tussads Wax Figures.... The Peak - Scenery of Hong KongWent to have Burger King at the Peak. The burger there seems bigger and the fries is hot and crispy. I think the burger king there taste better than Singapore..lolz

Day 4
Wong Tai Sin Temple

Lunched at KFC at a nearby shopping mall..Wow..the KFC in Hong Kong is super nice..they have something call mushroom rice and it taste good!!! The fried chicken there is crispy and there is no flour in between the crispy part and the chicken skin..Unlike Singapore's KFC, there's always a thick layer of flour between the crispy layer and the chicken skin...Hong Kong's KFC taste more crispy, more fresh!

Went to the Night Markets after the horse race.. Went temple street and woman's street..Had seafood for dinner again..for just SGD 40 bucks, me and dear ate half of a duck, brocoli and prawn..The serving is very big, the brocoli serving is lyk twice of Singapore's and the prawn serving is lyk the largest portion of Singapore's (about 20 prawns) which cost only SGD 12...haha..so shiok!

Day 5
Taking Star Ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui to Wan ChaiView from the sea.....

Went to Sogo outlet at Causeway Bay..done last minute shopping and bought some food back to Singapore before catching the night flight back..

Nearly miss the flight back to Singapore...Dear and I started to check in into the boarding gate at bout 1940, 15 minutes before the stated time to check in..so we tot since it's still early, we walk around the shops after checking in (as in those check bag counters and screening all those)..we shopped till 1955 then realise we are late in arriving at the boarding gate..thinking that the gate is walkable distance, we started to run to the boarding gate and who knows, who came to a place where pple wait for train..we totally freaked out, then to realise that we have to take train to the boarding gate..the train arrives in 4 min time and our plane status is already last call le..so nervous lor..if we miss our flight, we got to slp in the airport! we asked a staff there where is boarding gate 8, and she says still have to go up..which sounds far to us especially when our plane is last call already...Luckily was just in time to catch the shuttle bus to the plane..To get to the plane, still need to take train and shuttle bus..and the plane is parked at a very very far place..What a close shave to us! It's even more exciting and thrilling than playing roller coaster!!! HAHA!
