♥ You'll never know the real me.
It's such a tiring day today..working today it's lyk so stressed up..so many customers coming in crowds..all at one go..with my back aching somemore and assignments to rush while working..
Actually my mood was still alright in the afternoon cuz the working environment and ambience is not so tensed up..It was when it's night time tt work has been ongoing nonstop..tons of disc to pack, tons of disc to scan, giving coupons, finding shows and the thing is everything had to be done fast as typical singapore customers dun lyk to wait to be served..and all the weird request and troublesome customers will choose to pop up when their is a big crowd of people waiting to be served..
My mood turned extremely bad when this inconsiderate lady came..she returned a stack of disc and after all the checkings and scannings, she got herself a $6.50 coupon rebate for her early return of discs..when i gave her the discount coupons, she demanded tt she want it in cash..and of course my ans to her was i am not able to do so..and she start to yell and complain when the shop is full of pple..and she even said tt my boss said can refund her cash back..but the ting is..my boss is not around today..and at the place where i'm working at, the customers are famous for saying my boss said this said that in order to get wat they want..but whenever i ask my boss to confirm, he will say he nv said such things b4..so of course, i die die oso didn't change it for her n i told her tt she could come back to change for another set of coupons when my boss has extended the expiry dateline..and she said why shld she make another trip down for nth..i mean she also have to understand tt my colleague and i are just part time staff, and we are being empowered by our boss to a certain limit..lyk simple exchange disc policy or refund of disc policy i can make the decision even when my boss is not arnd..moreover, i've been working there for more than a yr, i have nv seen my boss allowing customers to change discount coupons to cash..if it's $0.50 or $1 or even $2, i probably can give in to her..the most if i tell my boss and he not happy wif it i can afford to top it back..but $6.50 discount coupon to cash is impossible for me to change it for her..if i really got to top it back, it's lyk 1.5 hr of my pay..and there are so many customers there at tt time listening toher complain, wat if everyone said the same ting to me to demand to change discount coupon to cash, then wat shld i do..i cant possibly change all discount coupons to cash..and she ended saying us we are inflexible and rigid..i mean come on lah..there's an extent to how flexible part time staffs can get rite..$6.50 to her is impt to her then to us staff and my boss is also impt wat..and i already offered her a solution to change for antoher set of coupons tt has extended dateline but she insist for cash..
Sometimes i really find tt some customers are just so horrible lor..although everyone always says, customers are always right, but sometimes it just seems tt bcuz of tis statement, pple tend to think tt they can get wateva they want and request since they are always right..sometimes i tink tt pple are too pampered bcuz of tt statement..too pampered such tt there are more and more pple lyk e one i've met today..there is still a certain rules and regulations or guidelines tt staffs haf to follow and abide to..she want it her way but cant she understand tt we have our diffcult spots too..?it's not tt i cant understand her..she probably feel tt since she make an attempt to return early, she 100% is qualified to entitle the coupon rebate..but cant she understand tt we are oni allowed to give discount coupons as rebate, cash is not allowed..if she wan exceptions, can..tell my boss instead of making us in such a difficult position..
After solving with the lady's problem, i still haf to fake out a smile to smile and serve other customers..and this feeling makes me really feel so disgusted lor..even after eating chocs today it still doesn't make me fel any beta..
